Vectimber operates an existing production facility with its own machinery. We organise the process around repeat B2B orders, customer documentation and consistent batch control. Each project passes through clear decision gates so product parameters are agreed before repeat production starts.

Drawing and assumptions

We receive geometry, material, tolerances, volume and delivery destination.

DFM review

We assess manufacturability, process risks and points requiring clarification.

Sample

We prepare a representative part for functional and dimensional approval.

Paid pilot

We validate the process, checks and packaging method on a short run.

Repeat production

We manufacture subsequent batches to the agreed documentation and control plan.
